The camera i bought at the outdoor show doesn't have a picture viewer, so i was thinking of using my cell phone as my phone takes a micro SD card and the camera accepts SD cards and they have this handy little adapter that lets you use micro SD cards as full SD Cards. But my question is does anyone know if i can use my cell phone to view the pictures taken by the camera, instead of taking the card home and uploading them to the computer?

Should be cute this year. I am one of the Youth Mentors for the HWWA mentorship program. Not sure what i will do if some young guy or gal whips out their phone as we are walking 3 KM through the woods. That would be funny I think

Yes i am, the mentorship portion. Attended the initial meeting, Volunteered to take youth both spring time Fishing and fall time Bird Hunting. Told Gary that he needed to be aware that where i would take them would be well off the beaten path. Looking forward to it. Fishing is no issue i have a number of remote spots, no ATV or vehicled required, these spots have lots of things happening in the form of wildlife, vegatation, trees and much more that i can educate youth about. Hunting is easy too. Map/Compass/GPS, lots of walking and learning.

Luke,
You would be able to use a MicroSD to SD adaptor in your trail camera and have the MicroSD in the trail camera. You won't be able to get as large a one as with a full size SD (other than having to pay a vastly inflated price for what you're getting) but it would suffice and then you'd be able to use your phone as a picture viewer. The other option would be if you could get hold of a cheap tablet or camera, sometimes they have them on auction at the airport, that you could put an SD card into.
