Now don't take me as cheap but one day at the dollar store saw some things I liked and bought them, bought a pouch of uncle bens wild long grain garlic rice, can of mini whole mushrooms, can of peas, can of kernel corn. I didn't plan on making this dish but got bored and like trying new things so I started off the rice, decicided to toss the mushrooms, corn and peas in. Added a table spoon of butter, some garlic powder, oinion powder, pepper, salt and a dash of Montreal steak spice. Brought to a boil then down to a simmer for 15 minutes, let cool a bit. Turned out to be one of the best dishes I ever made. Thick and hot. Good after a cold days hunting. I since tried adding them big curly noodles. Still want to try it with deer burger, hamburger, cheese etc. The possibilities are endless to suit your taste. !
