Here is a pretty good one from my Mothers past. I am making this for tonight
Porky Meat Balls
I lb Burger (Moose/Deer/Beef)
half a small Green Pepper
1 Onion
1 stalk Celery
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cut Celery/Pepper/Onion in very small pieces and mix together with Burger.
Hand Roll into small meat balls, then cook until done.(fried)
Place in Dutch over/Slow cooker, once cooked.
Sauce
2 Cups Tomato paste water mixture.
I Table spoon Worchester Sauce
1 Table spoon crushed (ground) Gloves
2 Table Spoons Sugar
1 Tea spoon Cinnamon
Mix all together. Pour over Meat Balls. Simmer, watching constantly, for 1 hour.
Feeds One.....ME!!!
